Christmas day was really gud ! A welcome change after the events (or lack of that) of the previous night ! I love Christmas, bas !!I met S's cousin who had come down from UK. Wow, what a talented gal. She sings like a professional and she's just 19 !!! She writes her own songs and composes the music and then sings and plays it on the guitar. Now that's awesome ! Her voice reminded me of Alanis or Dido. Even the songs were just brilliant. One was called 'Ugly' which she wrote for her younger brother when he was getting onto her nerves. The other was 'Stranger,' a kind of love song. The lyrics were just too good and so was her voice. I was just awestruck.
After, we went to shop. I bought a nice casual checked-patchwork skirt ! We then had lunch and dropped them to the bus-stop.
In the evening, we went to S's school church. I had to, had to, had to go to a church. It was Christmas after all ! The entire place was lit up, so pretty. Then, we went out to wish some friends and ended up having dinner at Daiwong ! Yummy street Chinese ! And that was that.
