It was so easy to chose the moment of this week. It was very much the day my boss handed me my quarterly goals and appreciated all the work I have done. She told me how my mind works just like hers ( a big big biggg compliment that is ) and how very much like her, I know so much about many topics. How she can always count on me whenever she asks a question. How she sees me becoming a manager in the next few years. Etc. etc. etc. I was totally delighted. Elated. On seventh heaven - cloud nine. You get it. She then handed these spoon shaped chocolates to me. What a nice gesture.
Then she went on to give me some personal goals. What I need to overcome in order to strengthen my leadership skills. I love listening to what she has to say. She knows so much. She is undoubtedly my idol. I look up to her with an awestruck look on my face. Oh, what would I have done without her. Really ! Thanks so much D !
