Healthy way

So I am going down the healthy road...and this is what I take in my dabba twice a week:

My dad makes it and it is totally delicious. Also, rajma (kidney bean) salad is super. I have a light lunch so that I don't feel too sleepy and it also keeps me fit :)
Come to think of it, I don't have a heavy dinner. Only breakfast is a full proper meal with carbs. I avoid carbs in lunch n dinner.
