Latest buys

So I happened to pass this handicraft bazaar in Kalyani Nagar the other day and I knew I had to get in. It has been there for 2 whole weeks (I found out later). What a shame. I can imagine all the good stuff that must have been there the first few days.

It had things like ceramic plates, vases, bowls, cups, planters, etc etc. Some very pretty stuff. It also had lovely wooden artifacts - bangle holders, wood and ceramic tiny drawers; jewelery, a lot of clothing from all over the country, furniture, knick-knacks etc. Oh, it has this kiosk of paper flowers and I did buy some. This was so much more reasonable than the ones u get in malls. Ranging from 5 bucks a stick to 30 bucks.. it was great.

I picked up some flowers and a pair of red earrings and some imli :)

The entire bunch cost me just 120 bucks !

The fair is on till Sept 12 in case any of you wanna visit. It is located in the ground opposite Bishop school in Kalyani Nagar. Better avoid the weekend rush
