Meryl Streep has always been a favorite. I think she is a brilliant actress. She fits right into any kind of role, be it a movie like 'Doubt' or this hilarious comedy.The movie is about a divorced couple played by Meryl and Alec Baldwin, who have a chance encounter one night and start having an affair. Alec is married to another woman, the one he had an affair with while married to Meryl. Meryl is highly confused about the entire arrangement but plays along as she is having fun. In the meanwhile, Steve Martin, who is her architect, becomes interested in her. Finally she has to choose. Alec even leaves his wife to come back to her.
I liked the movie. A nice fun watch. It makes you laugh. The ending was nice too. Not the same old kinds. If nothign else, watch it for Meryl.
P.S. The entire time all I was thinking was - Ewww...Alec is so damn hairy. :D
