Casablanca

My first old - b/w movie. I do remember watching My Fair Lady or Roman holiday when I was in school, but except for the names, I remember nothing else :P

Suddenly, out of a whim, I decided to download Casablanca. Maybe there weren't any new movies to download or whatever. So I did and told my mom I was, so even she was excited as she hadn't seen this one. had slipped right past her it seems. My dad had always raved about this one so I was quite looking forward to it.

Finally, the download said 100%. Mom n I sat down, dimmed the lights, attached the speakers and it began. It took me a few mins to get accustomed to the b/w print :) but I must say, after thae first few mins, I really liked the movie. I could so connect to the old time romance. The story was lovely and so was the direction and acting. Ingrid 'something' was really pretty. I enjoyed the experience. Also, now I have to read more about the war and maybe make a visit sometime to "Casablanca", what say !! Maybe Rick's Cafe is still there waiting for me :)
